1. CONNECT: Contact us by clicking HERE to complete our online contact form or send us an email at hello.thewillowsbox@gmail.com. We will meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your gifting needs. Sign the Agreement and pay the one-time-only Design Fee. Next, we'll ask you to complete our Gift Design Questionnaire. This will help us in creating your one of a kind, curated gifts.
2. PROPOSAL & APPROVAL: After reviewing your answers from the questionnaire, we will develop and create your initial customized gift design for you to review. Together we'll collaborate on the proposed gift design. You will have three opportunities to review and make revisions until it's as perfect as you envisioned. Upon your final approval and payment of the 50% deposit, it's go time!
3. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY: Let the magic begin! Our gifting team will thoughtfully assemble your gifts and prepare your gift boxes for shipment. We deliver to personal residences and business within Canada and USA. Our team will take care of every last detail from delivery, shipping to venue coordination. Offering you an enjoyable, stress-free, and professional gifting experience.
