From Vision to Reality: Designing Custom Holiday Client Gifts

For our client who owns an Architecture firm, a diverse, forward-thinking, collaborative studio serving Alberta and British Columbia, this season was an opportunity to thank their valued clients with a gift as thoughtful and unique as their work.

We had the pleasure of working closely with the Principal and Founder, to bring her vision to life. She wanted the gifts to capture a natural, woodsy feel, something warm, organic, and authentic. The gifts needed to reflect their design ethos of creating uniquely uplifting experiences for those they serve.

It was our job to turn that vision into a tactile, memorable holiday gifting experience.

The Creative Process: From Concept to Curated Perfection
Our collaboration began with a conversation about their brand personality and the message they wanted to share. She provided the heartfelt note of gratitude, appreciation for client relationships, and excitement for the future that would be tucked inside each gift box.

From there, we curated three unique variations of gifts, each designed to deliver its own experience and ensure that every client felt genuinely appreciated. Some were designed for moments of inspiration and creativity, blending stationery with a touch of seasonal indulgence. Others were warm and inviting, encouraging recipients to slow down over a cozy weekend breakfast at home. And some were created for pure relaxation, inviting clients to curl up with a hot drink, a sweet treat, and a little something to make the season brighter. Each gift was thoughtfully composed to feel personal, intentional, and true to our clients natural, understated elegance.

The Final Touch
Each gift was beautifully packaged in a kraft gift box, wrapped in burlap ribbon, and accompanied by a heartfelt holiday note. The finished presentation reflected the same attention to detail and elevated design sensibility that our client brings to their own projects.

Designing for this Architecture firm was more than creating holiday gifts. It was about capturing their brand story in a tangible form. Every product was chosen with purpose.
