These bitters are made with local Ontario cranberries, wildcrafted juniper and birch syrup are inspired by the gorgeous rock barren landscapes of east Muskoka. Made for the true gin fan they are great in any gin-based cocktail but also work well in Manhattan or vodka-based cocktails. Ingredients: 40% alcohol extracts of Cranberry, Juniper, Dandelion, Blue Vervain, Gentian. Cranberry juice, Birch syrup, Certified Organic, Wildcrafted, Muskoka-grown. Add a dash of bitters (5-20 drops) to your favourite cocktail or in a bit of water before meals.
